Taylor Swift continues to promote her upcoming album Reputation which is out next week. November 10 to be exact. After “Look What You Made Me Do,” “…Ready For It?” and “Gorgeous,” the unapologetic singer-songwriter just released a new and more intimate song entitled “Call It What You Want” which is described as “a ballad on the escape of love.” It starts with a verse containing lyrics that reflect on Taylor Swift’s life since her clash with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
My castle crumbled overnight
I brought a knife to a gunfight
They took the crown, but it’s alright
All the liars are calling me one
Nobody’s heard from me for months
I’m doing better than I ever was
